  20. Well, people do make mistakes. Like posting a binary instead of
  21. e-mailing it. (And I'm not naming names here) But I agree. the
  22. postining of binaries in whatever form in a newsgroup without
  23. the word binaries in the name is a definate NoNo! And repeat
  24. offenders should be chained to a 4MB 386DX40 running win'95
  25. for a week and forced to use SM-Word.
